1. Introduction

Welcome to Quality Casework and Laminate, a dba of Xtra Ordinary Manufacturing Inc. (“Quality Casework,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of qualitycaseworks.com (the “Site”), our project-intake forms, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Site, submitting a project-intake form, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

2. Services Offered

Quality Casework provides commercial casework, laminate countertops, solid surface fabrication, stone fabrication (through our sister brand Quality Surfaces), Cambria certified installation, and cultured marble bath system installation for healthcare, education, sports and entertainment, multifamily, and retail / commercial clients. Specifications, lead times, pricing, and project scope are confirmed in writing on a per-project basis and are not promises made by the Site or any informational page.

3. Project-Intake Forms and Submissions

You may submit project information through our intake forms (currently powered by Tally.so) or through email, phone, or in-person communication. By submitting information, you:

• Represent that you have the authority to provide that information on behalf of your project, organization, or yourself;
• Consent to be contacted by us regarding your inquiry, including by phone, SMS, and email at the contact information you provide;
• Acknowledge that submission of an intake form does not create a binding contract; pricing and scope are confirmed only by a signed quotation or purchase order;
• Grant us the right to use information you submit (excluding confidential project details) for the purpose of evaluating, quoting, and delivering your project.

4. SMS and Email Communications

By providing your phone number and/or email address through any Quality Casework form or channel, you consent to receive communications from us, including project quotes, scope clarifications, scheduling and install coordination, appointment confirmations, and occasional informational or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies by project. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by:

• Replying “STOP” to any SMS message;
• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any commercial email; or
• Contacting us at info@qualitycaseworks.com or 812-824-8338.

Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages necessary to deliver an active project (e.g., install scheduling).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any intake form;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or any account;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and all content on it — including text, images, photographs of our installations, logos (including the Quality “Q” lockup), graphics, page layouts, and underlying code — are owned by or licensed to Xtra Ordinary Manufacturing Inc. and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, browse, and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Site content without our prior written permission. The “Quality” name, the Q-and-diamond mark, and the brand subtexts (“Casework and Laminate,” “Surfaces,” “Cabinet and Surface Studio”) are used by Xtra Ordinary Manufacturing Inc.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site uses third-party services to operate, including but not limited to Tally.so (form intake), Google Fonts (typography), Google Maps (directions), and our hosting provider. These services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control. The Site may also link to third-party sites, including our sister brands; we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

8. Project Quotations, Pricing, and Scope

Information presented on the Site (including pages titled Capabilities, Markets, About, and similar) is informational and does not constitute an offer or commitment. Lead times, pricing, materials, and scope shown on the Site are typical or representative; your project’s actual specifications, schedule, and cost are governed exclusively by a signed quotation or purchase order between you and Quality Casework. In the event of any conflict between Site information and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Warranties on completed casework, countertops, surfaces, and installations are governed by the specific warranty terms stated in the signed project agreement; nothing on the Site creates or modifies any project warranty.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indiana law, in no event will Quality Casework, Xtra Ordinary Manufacturing Inc., its affiliates, or its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site (excluding signed project agreements) will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quality Casework, Xtra Ordinary Manufacturing Inc., and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site or Services, or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monroe County, Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed project agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Site and Services.
