Capabilities — Cultured Marble & Bath Systems
Bath systems for multifamily and commercial bath builds.
Cultured marble vanities, shower pans, and shower walls. Plus shower walls in solid surface, porcelain, or stone. Bulk packages for apartments, hotels, and rentals.
What we build with cultured marble & bath systems
Cultured marble is the most cost-effective full-bath system on the market today — vanity tops, shower pans, and shower walls all available in matched colors at price points that pencil on multifamily pro-formas. We don’t fabricate cultured marble ourselves; we source it from established cultured marble fabricators and install it on commercial and multifamily projects across Indiana.
On the same project, we can also spec shower walls in solid surface, porcelain, or stone for higher-end units or commercial bath installs. The whole bath package — vanity, pan, walls, and any related casework — comes from us, and the GC has one trade to coordinate instead of three.
How we work in cultured marble & bath systems
Why specifiers and developers reach for cultured marble.
Bulk economics for rentals
Cultured marble bath systems pencil on multifamily pro-formas where solid surface or tile would price out the project. Looks like marble, costs less, holds up to renter turnover.
Integral bowl — no seam
Vanity top and bowl are molded as one piece. No silicone joint to fail. Cleanability and lifespan both improve.
One-piece shower pan
Molded single-piece pans eliminate tile-grout maintenance and the leak path it creates. Fewer warranty calls.
Color matching across the package
Vanity, pan, and wall surrounds can match across hundreds of units — or vary deliberately by floor or unit type.
Shower wall material flexibility
For premium units or commercial installs, we can swap cultured marble walls for solid surface, porcelain, or stone within the same project.
Where it happens
Cultured marble is sourced from outside fabricators (we don’t make it ourselves). Install happens out of Bloomington. Shower walls in solid surface, porcelain, or stone are fabricated at our Bloomington and Spencer shops.
