Capabilities — Casework
Custom commercial casework, built in Bloomington since 1969.
Cabinets, lockers, ADA vanities, elevated cabinets, movable storage. Built to spec for healthcare, education, sports, multifamily, and retail across Indiana.
What we build with casework
Casework is the original Quality Casework and Laminate trade — the work this shop has done since 1969. We build to the architect’s drawing, not to a catalog. Cabinet bodies, doors, edges, hardware, and finishes are all specified per project; nothing is "modular" except by request.
For B2B specifiers, that means the casework you’re bidding into a healthcare wing, a school renovation, or a multifamily lease-up gets engineered by a team that has built versions of it for fifty years across every sector in Indiana. Tolerances, scheduling, change-order discipline, and install handoff all run on procedures, not improvisation.
How we work in casework
Five things specifiers can expect from our casework runs.
AWI/AWMAC-spec compliance
We build to Architectural Woodwork Institute and AWMAC standards on jobs that require it.
Heavy-duty hardware standard
Soft-close hinges and drawer slides rated for institutional service life. Heavier hardware on lockers and athletic casework as a default, not an upcharge.
Edge banding spec by use
3mm PVC for daily-abuse environments (K-12, athletics). Tape edge for back-of-house. We won’t put a thin tape edge somewhere it’ll fail in two years.
ADA dimensions on demand
Reach ranges, knee clearance, obstacle clearance — specified to current ADA standards without an upcharge in healthcare and education projects.
Schedule discipline
Casework lead times typically run 4–6 weeks; install dates locked at fab release, not at delivery.
Where it happens
All casework is fabricated at our Bloomington facility on East Dillman Rd. Install crews go out from Bloomington across Indiana.
Materials and brands we work with
Materials we’ll spec depending on project budget and use case.

- High-pressure laminate faces (Wilsonart, Formica, Pionite)
- Veneer faces (premium retail, hospitality)
- PVC and 3mm PVC edge banding
- Specialty: chemical-resistant, antimicrobial, abuse-rated finishes
